My husband get his regular coffee and I get my stronger decaf. with only one machine. One machine takes up less space than the two coffee makers we used to have. I also get my one cup and he gets his 3+ cups each morning.

The only improvement would be if you could put water in it without having to move it from underneath the counter - it gets moved back and forth a lot.

Should come with a steamer cup, if you steam up milk to the brim of a cup, you have to pull entire machine to edge of counter to get the cup out with out spilling, not so handy, plastic nozzle, after time and time of removal for washing, threads are getting stripped. Other than, that, it's great..
Sorda confusing until you get used to operating it..
